About 35 percent of biscuits, cakes, wafers and chocolate and 20 percent of bulgur in our country are produced in Karaman. Many items, including food production machinery and equipment, and packaging materials, especially food, produced in Karaman are exported to more than 150 countries around the world from Karaman. Karaman, which has a foreign trade surplus every year, ranked 42nd among 81 provinces with its export of 335 million dollars in 2022. This contribution of our industry to the country and Karaman economy is a source of pride for every Karamanli.” he said.
